Dear Members, We now have on the EGF web site a new page linking together all news from the executive and contains links to useful documents for the AGM. For instance it has minutes of last 5 meetings, the agenda, Ing Grant Guidelines and annual reports of Ing Projects and the IGF Directors. It is at: http://www.european-go.org/executive/news.htm It does not contain the EGF Financial Figures, but a draft version of these figures is appended to this message. We recommend you "keep an eye" on this page (or two eyes to live)! Please ensure your delegate for the AGM is aware of this page as last year many delegates had not read the agenda nor annual reports. Bids can now be submitted for new Ing Grants - details of how to apply are in the Guidelines. Also do not forget to ensure your EGF subscription has been transferred to our accounts, as due to currency restrictions fees will not be payable at the European Go Conress. Unpaid countries will not be able to vote. Please note the meeting is on the Saturday this year because of opening of ICOB2 on the Friday. You may note also that this year's EGC has the TOSHIBA International Foundation as sponsor. You should also by now have received a few copies of the new slim Ranka 2003 yearbook. If not contact the IGF directly at the Nihon Kin. You are reminded of the facility for posting annual reports on the new IGF web pages. Please also send these direct to the IGF at the Nihon Kiin. Best Go Greetings, AJAx
