Happy New Year to all EGF Members,

1. With great regret that we announce the death of Peter Gaspari of Slovenia
after a period of illness. His organising and playing skills will no doubt
be deeply missed by his fellow Slovenians and those who knew him. 

2. The European Pair Go Championships will now be held in Drobeta Turnu 
Severin, a city on the Danube 325km west of Bucharest in a *** hotel. The
date is unchanged as 20-21 March 2004. More details shortly.

3. The World Student Games players will be Dmitro Bogatskiy (Ukraine), 
Emil Nijhuis (Netherlands) and Dina Burdakova (Russia). The event is 20-24
February 2004 in Tokyo.
