Encouraging Membership of EGF to New Countries

The IGF has been recognised by the GAISF. Nine European countries might 
benefit from this immediately, because they are already in some way 
associated with a national sports organisation. These countries are, as 
far as we know, the Czech Republic, Italy, France, the Netherlands, 
Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Slovakia, and the Ukraine. It is important 
for the EGF to increase its membership in order to get more countries 
into the IGF.

Our motion is to ask the EGF executive to actively help a number of 
remaining countries to fullfill the conditions to become a full member 
of the EGF as soon as possible.

Examples:
country A wants to become a member, but does not meet the criteria. EGF
actively helps them to meet the criteria.

country B is not a member but we know that there are some go clubs. EGF might 
ask country C to "adopt" that country and help them to form an assocation.

country D has no go playing. EGF send professional to create publicity.
