Report of EGF secretary 2003-2004

Supervised Ing Memorial
I was expected to be present as EGF official, but I got entered in the 
tournament as a reserve player, since one German player was late.

Special General Meeting
I did the arrangements for the special general meeting of the European Go 
Federation. The meeting selected two new members for the executive. The 
possibility of postal votes caused discussion before the meeting. The 
procedures didn't get tested as eventually no member attempted to use the 
postal vote.
 
European Masters
Some refinements are proposed to the European Masters system.

European Cup
The European Cup got started with its first tournament in Helsinki 28.29.2.2004.



Rules and Ratings Commission Report
The Rules and Ratings Commission handled only routine tasks.
