12th International Amateur Pair Go Championship

The Chinese pair - two children of approximately 8 to 10 years - won the tournament. In the final they defeated South Korea. These two teams defeated two strong Japanese teams in the semi-finals.

The best European teams got a 3-2 score: United Kingdom, Germany, and Russia.

The overseas visitors enjoyed this well organised Pair Go event very much. Also the side events - friendship match, welcome reception, prize giving party - were very pleasing.

The weather was beautiful: sunshine every day and more than 15°C at noon.
