The European Go Federation invites all members to participate actively in the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held during the European Go Congress in Warsaw on Monday, 21st July 2025, from 18:00 to 23:00. 

This is a key opportunity for Go community members to contribute to the leadership and development of the EGF. We strongly encourage each national federation to identify and nominate qualified candidates. If you are interested in one of the positions but haven’t heard from your national organisation, please contact them as soon as possible to be considered. 

Agenda proposals deadline: 23rd May 2025 

Candidate nomination deadline: Extended to 6th June 2025 

Open positions for election: 

• President-Elect (to work alongside current President Martin Stiassny from August–December 2025, and fully assume the role from 1st January 2026 for a term of 3.5 years) 
• Secretary (Nicholas Roussos is stepping down after the current term) 
• Members of the Appeals Committee (5 members needed, ideally with legal or communication expertise) 
• Treasurer (Harry van der Krogt available for re-election)
• Vice President (Damir Medak available for re-election)
