Both players, Stanislaw Frejlak 7d and Lukas Podpera 7d, arrived early for the small final.

In the clash for third place Lukas is able to win against Stanislaw and so he is the best Amateur in this years Championship.

Artem also was early for his game against Ilya, who arrived one minute before the start of the game.
Where Ilya arrived already in a concentrated state of mind, Artem was relaxed talking with us until Ilya arrived, it felt as if he used the moment of nigiri to change his state of mind.

As all kibitz are talking about the game some who use an AI (LEELA) the game seems to go up and down for both players.

Both players do not seem to show any kind emotions as LEELA gives black a 55% chance to win to the game.

Slowly the game seems to go in the favor of Artem and than some moves later Ilya seems to be in a better position. In the end Ilya is able to pull of a half point victory and so wins his sixth European title.
