The Chinese League C, a team tournament, takes place in Wu Xi (close to Shanghai) from June 9 to 17th. As you may know, the very best of the world play in the A league, and the not-the-best-of-the-world-but-good-enough in the B, then C one. 
For several years now, Europe has been invited to enter a team in the C league, all thanks to the Tsinghua Weiqi fundation and Tsinghua University. Usually, it is a tough time for the team which faces very strong opponents. Whilst individual wins were several times achieved, a team win is an altogether more difficult challenge (but happened in the past though!)...
This year, our team Tsinghua University is as follows:

The team captain is Martin Stiassny, current EGF president.

Lukáš joined the team as a wild card, as one amateur is allowed per team and his results this year were excellent. Actually, in China, Lukáš is considered 6d, as there are national requirements to be considered 7d in China.

There are 7 rounds in the tournament. We'll update (big thanks to Lukáš!!) the results here, adding some kifus when available (thanks to the players). Unfortunately, the games are not broadcast.
