On the 22nd of April 2022, Jan van der Steen, a Go Friend of more than 40 years, passed away

Jan van der Steen, my friend and a go player, worked all his life to promote go.
When we met he was active both as a player and in organizing all kind of activities to promote go.

On the 22nd of April 2022, after a short illness he passed away.
I will always remember your genuine smile and laughter at all my stupid jokes.

To Kishiko, his wife, I wish all the best and strength for the future.
Jan, where ever you are, go will always be a connection to you, RIP.
