played over-the-board finals at the European Go Congress in St Petersburg, Russia.

Winner: Ukraine
Russia was second. France was third after beating Romania in the last round.
The result of Romania-France game 1 (Taranu vs Debarre) was changed to the board result (Debarre by 4.5) after the clock that had caused a loss on time was found on appeal to be faulty.
