European Pair Go Championships 1997
This new event was held during Japan Week in Amstelveen near to the European Go Centre in June. The week included a visit
from Yasuda-sensei who taught 100 children and Go demonstrations in the shopping centre alongside the first round
of the Pair Go. 16 teams from 15 countries took part and Mrs Taki from International pair Go Commitee presented the
trophy to the winners from Germany.
